Job Description
We're looking for a T24 Techno-Functional analyst with broad knowledge & 5 yrs + demonstrable experience in T24, technical design and support.
Prior experience & background of ability to work in support centre / Competency Centre environment to troubleshoot issues while work under pressure to support business users & other IT users who require support and provide T24 expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyst must have experience to troubleshoot across T24 and TCIB applications, infrastructure platform including experience with TAFC framework.

Analyst should also have broad background and experience in technical design and behaviour of T24 / TCIB solution to be able to deliver.
